Shoe Privée offers a flat $6.95 shipping charge anywhere in the United States and its Armed Forces addresses.
We do not currently ship outside the US.
Returns
Return shipping is Free. To make a return go to My Account and click "make a return" in the recent orders box. This will show a list of all your recent orders and allow you to return a specific order by clicking the "Return" button. Please be aware that the following restrictions apply to returns:

- All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
- With the exception of the return of a defective product, all returns must be in new and unused condition.
- Items purchased with credits may only be returned for credit.
- Final sale items may not be returned.
